In this appeal from an order denying a motion to set aside a foreign judgment, we must decide whether a Kentucky divorce decree fixing property rights is entitled to full faith and credit against a conflicting Arizona divorce decree obtained by constructive service. Because the resolution of this question is squarely and dispositively controlled by Estin v. Estin, 334 U.S. 541, 68 S.Ct. 1213, 92 L.Ed. 1561 (1948), we award attorneys fees to appellee in the amount of $500 pursuant to Rule 25, Ariz.R.Civ.App.P.
